How do they work?

Dunnagebags are placed in cargo gaps and filled with air there. This eliminates the gaps in the load and protects the goods from slipping and tipping over.

What are the dunnagebags made of?

The Dunnagebags are made of a robust PE/PP fabric. This makes them also waterproof.

Can the dunnagebags be used more than once?

Due to their multi-layered, robust fabric, the dunnagebags are ideally suited for repeated use.

What is the difference between the different levels?

The thickness of the padding, or the fabric, varies depending on the level, thus ensuring a higher load capacity (level 1 up to 1.5 tons and level 4 up to 97 tons).

Are the dunnagebags recyclable?

Yes, due to their composition of a PE/PP fabric, our dunnage pads are 100% recyclable.

What are the advantages over tension belts?

Dunnagebags are easy and quick to use, as they only need to be placed in the cargo gap and then inflated. This saves a lot of time. In addition, the product can be used more flexibly and benefits from its non-static property. As a result, they adapt to their environment.
